Q: Is it pure Silver?

Ans: Yes, we use 92.5% purity of silver as the base metal for the product with high quality anti-tarnish rhodium plating.

Q: Is there a warranty on the products?

Ans: While we don’t offer a traditional warranty, we attach a Certificate of Authenticity with all orders to attest to the purity of our products.

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered?

-Each piece undergoes a meticulous manufacturing process to ensure the finest quality, which takes 5-8 days.    

-Once manufacturing is complete, all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. 🚀✨
- After being dispatched, deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days.
- You will keep receiving updates on the status of your order on your registered phone number and email.

Q: What is your return policy?

Ans: We have a 06 days return policy for the reasons below:

- Size or Fitness issue
- Did not like the quality/design

In case you have received a damaged, used, incorrect, or missing product (empty box), it is essential to file a complaint within 48 hours of the time of delivery. Please understand that you must include an unboxing video along with your complaint ticket so that we can provide a quick resolution.

Note:

- The product damaged or tarnished due to usage cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original packing.
- Ratna reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
- No returns will be accepted after 06 days.
- Each mailer bag has a shipping label seal. A 360-degree video of opening the package is required for any loss, damage, or post-shipment issue claims; otherwise, the claim will not be acknowledged.
- Please note that a return logistics cost of 99 rupees will be applicable for returns.
