This policy explains when a refund may be considered for reports purchased from Astro Narayan Pandit. Our products are personalised digital reports prepared from the birth details submitted with an order.
Personalised reports
Because each report is created for an individual using their submitted details, a report cannot be returned like a physical product. Once preparation has begun or the completed report has been delivered, the order is generally non-refundable. Orders submitted with incorrect customer or birth information are also not eligible for return once work has begun.
Please review your name, contact details, birth date, birth time, birth place and language carefully before paying. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we will try to help if preparation has not started.
When to contact us
Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe you were charged more than once, your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, or your delivered file is missing or cannot be opened. We will review the order and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement report or refund.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the payment provider or bank to process it; the time it takes to appear may vary. Refunds cannot be sent to a different payment source.
