Our reports
We provide personalised Vedic astrology reports and related digital products using the birth information submitted by the customer. Astrology content is provided for personal guidance and informational purposes; it is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and should not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Eligibility and your information
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide complete and accurate contact and birth details and to review them before submitting payment. We cannot ensure a report is accurate if the information supplied is incomplete or incorrect.
Orders and payment
- Submitting an order is a request to purchase; an order is confirmed after payment is successfully verified.
- Prices and available products are shown on the website and may be changed before an order is placed.
- Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. The provider’s terms also apply to the payment transaction.
- We may decline, pause or cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it, required information is missing, payment cannot be verified or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment was taken for an order we cannot fulfil, contact us about a refund.
Report delivery
Reports are digital and are sent to the WhatsApp number and email address entered at checkout. Delivery timing may depend on the report and the information supplied. You are responsible for providing working contact details and checking that they are correct. Contact us if your report has not arrived or the file cannot be opened.
Refunds
Personalised reports are prepared for the customer and are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun or the report has been delivered. Payment errors and report delivery or file issues are handled under our Refund Policy.
